We needed two single beds for the two of us, but they weren't available in the one-bedroom room I booked. The staff moved us to a two-bedroom room that had the beds we needed. Really good service.

After coming from Salalah to Sohar, I arrived around midnight completely exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The room they gave me was very dirty, with lots of bedbugs and mosquitoes, and they charged far too much. The staff were unhelpful and seemed focused only on money. The service was terrible.

The staff were usually kind, and they brought me an extra pillow and bedsheets. But the WiFi only worked well in the living room, not around the rest of the room. The kitchen tea seemed so old that I thought drinking it could give me food poisoning. Checkout time was strict too, with an extra 1 OMR fee for any additional time.

Everyone on staff, at every level, greeted us with smiles. The manager clearly knows a lot about hosting and sets that tone. Keep it 💯 and easy.

I had a good time passing through here. The rooms felt luxurious, and there was a wide choice of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The reception was good and the staff were cooperative. Thanks to everyone responsible for this place, it offers luxury and relaxation.
