We stayed in the studio for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast. The communication and service were excellent, quick, and responsive. We requested toiletries and drinking water a few times, and they brought them promptly. The studio had a complete kitchen with cutlery, microwave, kettle, and other essentials. Its furniture still looked new, the toilet was sparkling clean, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and the bed was comfortable. After a tiring day out, I kept looking forward to a hot shower and slept very well. The hotel felt like a 5-star place, with a pool, gym, restaurant, and more. Breakfast was superb, mostly continental, but the choice was limited. It started to feel boring on day three since only 2-3 dishes changed. The location isn’t right in the city center, though amenities, restaurants, and shops are walkable. There are many malls nearby, but you need transport. You’ll need to rent a car to get around and visit tourist attractions, which are a bit far. It’s a good hotel with excellent service.

That central Muscat location made it easy to reach most places within 15-20 minutes. We stayed one night at the beginning of our Oman trip and another at the end. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and breakfast had a good mix of Omani and Western choices. On our final night, the kind receptionist upgraded us for free, and we loved the view from the 7th floor.

The view at dawn was a real highlight: white houses spread up the hills across southern Muscat. We had a spacious, spotless one-bedroom apartment to enjoy it from. Citizens Al Gubrah is also handy for the highway, with Barka and Nizwa to the west and Matrah to the east. Reception made both check-in and check-out feel effortless, and there are plenty of good little restaurants in the neighborhood. Great value and a lovely stay.

Walaa deserves a special thank you. She was kind, professional, and very helpful, and her attention made the stay even nicer. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with a relaxed atmosphere that felt homey. I had a wonderful time and would happily stay again. I recommend the place.

The staff made a warm impression every time, always greeting me with a smile and offering useful tips about places to visit nearby. My room was consistently clean and well looked after, so it was easy to settle in and feel at home. I’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel.
