The main downside is that there isn’t a proper restaurant close by. Service was slow, though the staff were cooperative. The pool is small but clean and decent, and room prices are moderate. It’s a simple, clean, family-oriented hotel right on the beach, with spacious, clean rooms facing the water. Breakfast was limited, but tasty, with fresh fruit.

We were in a quiet, uncrowded spot, about a three-minute walk from the inner inland bay and five minutes from the long main beach where turtles nest. The staff were polite and friendly, explained things clearly, and helped with any questions. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with lovely soft bedding and beds. There’s also a pool that’s not too big but decent, plus a restaurant and bar.

Handy for a place to crash since you probably won’t spend much time at the hotel. It’s a bit run down, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. WiFi came and went depending on the room, while the staff were helpful and the air conditioning worked well.

The location is great, close to a clean beach where you can find a water sports cage. We stayed during a difficult period with COVID-19, and the staff were doing their best. It was decent value for the money, and we enjoyed our stay, though there’s always room to improve.

It’s quiet and secluded, with a pool, and only a short 20 minutes from the turtles reserve. The place is very basic and dated, and could use renovation. Internet is available only at reception, where the smell of food from the attached restaurant spreads throughout.
