Hotel Frankincense Muscat

The staff were the best part of my business stay, very kind and helpful. Both the single and twin rooms were clean and well maintained, with good water pressure and reliable hot water. Breakfast had a good range and was well organized, and the small lobby and restaurant were clean, comfortable places to eat. Finding a reasonably priced business hotel in Muscat had been difficult. Many options seemed outdated, with problems like no hot water or poor cleanliness, while others were in areas with only expensive upscale hotels. I found Frankincense Hotel Muscat by chance on Google Maps. It’s around 10-15 minutes by car from the airport, and its central position made it easy to get around the city, where driving is generally needed. I’d stay at Frankincense Hotel Muscat again on another business trip to Oman.

The check-in was quick and simple, and the convenient location made things easy. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.

Mr.Sanjay deserves a special thanks for making sure our check-in and checkout went smoothly. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well kept, and everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. It’s in a handy spot close to everything, and worked very well for our family stay. Highly recommended.

The staff were attentive and took our complaints seriously, making sure they were sorted out. The rooms are roomy, even the standard ones, with couches and a good-sized bathroom. They even leave an ironing board and iron in the room, which is a really useful touch. Internet stayed fast and steady. Al-Qurum, with its beach and food options, is about a 7-minute drive away, and Mall of Oman is around 9 minutes away. Breakfast could be better.
