Nitish, the manager, was really helpful, and the staff were very cooperative. We spent five days in an apartment room and had a good experience. The rooms were tidy, though they could use a little maintenance. It’s affordable, with plenty of parking, and Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, most malls, and the airport are nearby.

The hotel was clean and hygienic, with friendly staff and a great location. There were also good food options.

It’s a good choice for a family stay, with spacious rooms that include a hall, kitchen, and bedroom. The place was clean and functional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that food had to be brought in from outside. Muscat airport is about a 10-minute drive away.

There are several places to eat nearby, and the price was reasonable. I picked this hotel because I needed to be at OMSB for a course, and being close by turned out to be a good choice. Just behind Azaiba Mall, the apartment was very clean, with a bedroom, large living room with TV and sofa, dining table, and a kitchen with basic equipment.

The rooms were spacious and the location was just right. I booked two days for eid al fitr 10_4_2024, and the price was perfect. The reception was very friendly too.
