Hotel Royal Tulip Muscat Hotel

The floor was wonderfully quiet, just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is also conveniently placed for getting to important spots and attractions around the city. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way throughout my stay. I had a memorable time at Royal Tulip Muscat, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, peaceful place in a good location in Muscat.

The meals were a real comfort, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices that were well prepared. My room was spacious, clean and in good condition, so it was easy to settle in. Staff handled requests quickly and professionally, and made an effort to help guests feel safe. My stay at the hotel was unexpected because of the situation in the Middle East. The team’s warm, attentive support made a stressful period feel calmer. I’m grateful for their kindness and would gladly recommend the hotel.

The pool is beautiful, the gym is good, and the facilities are nice. Breakfast was decent, with eggs and pancakes made at the station, smoothies that changed each day, and really tasty fruit. Room service was good too, and the cleaning staff were very attentive and polite. The hotel was quiet, with soundproof windows, and felt like good value overall. Parking is spacious and the location is great. The water pressure could be stronger, and the internet was weak at times. I found the bed too hard, though my spouse really likes it.

We stayed two nights and found little shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The location worked well, and the free basement parking was handy since we had a rental car. Everyone was helpful and friendly. There was a small booking issue, but the receptionist sorted it out after a few minutes. Our room was large, clean and had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, shower gel, shampoo and towels. We didn’t try the gym or rooftop pool and bar. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Muscat.
