Farah Hotel Apartment

The manager was especially helpful, including letting me store my luggage for a longer time and finding tools I needed for my bike. The place is good value and the staff are friendly. It’s close to the mosque, airport, groceries, and restaurants, though a bit far from old Muskat.

The industrial-area location looks appealing, but the one-bedroom apartment costs more while offering nearly the same facilities as a single room. The front desk and manager were extremely unhelpful and showed no interest in customer service. When I raised even a small issue, they told me to leave and stay somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Farah Hotel was a pleasant place to stay on my last trip to Muscat. The room had excellent facilities, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect the amenities of a star hotel, but it had what I needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of parking nearby. Thank you for the hospitality.
