Fraser Suites Muscat Apartment Hotel

We had a comfortable family stay at Treasure Hotel Oman, and the staff were generally helpful. A few problems, though, made things harder than they needed to be. The safe kept giving errors even with the right code, so we had to call maintenance several times. The shower water was too hot and difficult to adjust. Parking was the biggest issue. The entrance is unusually narrow, and my car hit the barricade while I was driving in, bending it. The hotel charged us 60 OMR for the damage. I know drivers have to be careful, but the tight design of the entrance also seems to make incidents more likely. I hope management improves the safe, shower temperature control, and parking access. That would make the guest experience much better.

We felt at home in our spacious, spotless suite, which was well equipped and had a really comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Getting around was easy too, thanks to the convenient location. From arrival onward, everything was welcoming and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d choose Fraser Suites again. Thanks to the team for making it so pleasant and memorable.

The room was huge and fully equipped, and it’s a great option for families. Booking through checkout all went smoothly. Miss Hadeel helped us check in and was quick to assist, while room service and housekeeping responded promptly. Thanks to all the staff for the great service. We’d definitely consider this property first on our next stay. Highly recommended for families.

We liked the suite size, furniture, and cleanliness, and the breakfast was very good. The two-bedroom apartment was the best reasonably priced hotel option I found in the nearby area after searching. My family and I were happy there, so we stayed for a week and extended for another week. Mawana and Rana from housekeeping were very nice, cleaned our suite daily, and made sure the supplies were available.
