The staff were welcoming and friendly, and there are a cafe and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Sur souq and the beach are easy to reach on foot too. The location is prime, and the rooms and service were great. My only complaint was the use of mosquito repellents inside the hotel. Also, there’s no lift.

After our visit to Wadi Shab, we stopped to explore Sur. The staff were so kind and welcoming, carried our luggage up to the second floor, and made us a lovely breakfast in the morning. We had a great stay, and I really appreciate their professionalism, which can be missing even at many 5 star hotels.

The service stood out most: the reception team and housekeeper were polite and helpful, and I rarely feel so warmly welcomed. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a good view from the front. The price was fair too. It's a particularly handy option if you're traveling by bus, since the Mwasalat bus stop is just a few meters away. The traditional souq and beach are close, and the bridge is within walking distance. For me, this is the best option in Sur.

The rooms look cheap, and the bathroom does too. I guess that fits the low price. Most hotels in Sur seem to be at about the same level.

The room was comfortable and the location is good. It’s an older hotel and there’s no lift, but the manager, Mr Nasser, was very friendly and they do their best.
