The camp was spotless and well cared for, and the whole stay felt relaxing. Everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality and cleanliness was just right from the minute we arrived. Mr. Gautan deserves a special thank you for being so attentive and professional. He did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The rest of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. This place deserves more than five stars, honestly, 20/10.

The dining was the weak point for us. The food felt underwhelming, and for what it costs, I expected better, even allowing for the challenges of being out in the desert. Still, the setting is stunning, high above the dunes, and the villas are lovely with a magical view straight onto the desert. Great choice for the scenery, but the food needs work.

The hot air balloon ride met every expectation, so I'd definitely recommend trying it. The place itself is beautiful, with a lovely view over the desert, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Service was really good too. A 10/10 stay for us!

The location made it easy to get to the main activities, and the views were beautiful. We had a huge, very comfortable bed and slept like a dream. The pool was clean and refreshingly cool, and the buffet had plenty of good options. They also made my birthday feel special, surprising me with thoughtful gifts and an upgrade to their best room. We had an amazing stay at Stars Gate Hotel in Oman. Highly recommend for comfort and such warm hospitality.

It felt like a private, peaceful escape, and the bathroom had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The camp was very clean, and the food was delicious, with lots of different flavors and fresh ingredients. The dunes made a stunning view right from the camp. I had an incredible time here and would highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, unusual getaway.
