The room had mosquitoes, dirty curtains, and a bathroom that looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The TV remote was broken and wouldn’t even turn the set on. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, and repeated requests to staff got nowhere. We had booked breakfast, but only learned when we arrived that there was no restaurant on site. The place seemed like an old building quickly fixed up for the season, and its name gave a misleading impression of a proper hotel. They charged a three-star rate for somewhere that barely felt like one star. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless they make major improvements.

Easy to get to, with a nice atmosphere and a good view of the road.

My first visit to Salala and Oman, and the service was horrible. I was there six days with my family. There was no room service for cleaning or water, and the appliance was no good. The one they brought wasn’t working. I asked them to change the cooked item, but five days later I was still waiting. Bad service, not recommended.

I’m reviewing the party I attended here, not the hotel’s usual service. The basement hall had a lovely atmosphere, but it was very small, and there was no phone reception down there. It was also too hot because the air conditioning wasn’t set properly. At dinner there weren’t enough plates, so I had to eat off a quarter-sized appetizer plate.

Everything felt disgusting, even the supposedly clean sheets. Mine had hair and some weird gross stuff on them. Customer service was awful, and I got a juice stain on my pants from the chair at the breakfast buffet.
