We came from Sharjah tired 😩 on Aug 21 2023, and the room was so smelly. There was nowhere to hang towels in the washroom, and the floor carpet was badly damaged and dirty. The lift took a long time, and sharing it as a family was uncomfortable.

We stayed from 27 Jun 23 to 1 Jul 23. With the seasonal demand in salalah, the other good options had gone, so this was a last-minute, impulsive choice. It was NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The air conditioning and hot water were good, but there’s no restaurant in the building. Wifi has limited bandwidth, so connectivity problems are likely. Parking is first come, first served, otherwise you have to park behind the property.

For 12 OR, we got a clean, new, equipped apartment with two bedrooms, a hall, and a kitchen. It felt like home and was the best value for money. Highly recommended.

It’s clean and okay for a mid-range stay. Just don’t expect service on the level of a standard hotel.

The apartment was clean and came with full service. Receptionist hassan treated us kindly.
