We arrived around 9 PM with my family, as arranged when we booked three nights at Red 3 through Booking.com. There was no receptionist or other representative at the hotel, and the stairwells were dirty, with boot marks on the walls. When we reached someone by phone and WhatsApp, they said, “Sorry, we're overbooked.” They turned us away late at night despite the confirmed booking and told us to go elsewhere or to another Red property. They could have let us know earlier, but they didn't bother. The attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away. Booking.com didn't respond at first. A day later, they emailed asking why I hadn't arrived at the hotel. After I explained what happened in reply to that audacious email, they did send an apology.
