Salalah Rotana Resort

The staff made a strong impression, with friendly, professional help throughout. Mary Ann, the Reception Manager, took especially good care of us, and Joshua at the beach café was very kind. The food was excellent, the pools were clean and warm, and the resort felt safe, restful, and well organized. We stayed at the Rotana complex in Salalah, which includes Rotana, Fanar, and Juweira. Guests can use the restaurants, pools, and facilities across all three hotels, which is convenient. The beach has soft white sand and warm, clean water. We even saw dolphins near shore one morning, a memorable moment. I travel often and usually stay at four- and five-star hotels around the world. This is one of the best I’ve experienced, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah. I’ll be back.

The people here made our vacation unforgettable. Oman was a 10/10 for me, and Rotana Resort at Salalah was a perfect stay, even compared with all the places I’ve traveled and hotels I’ve tried. Thanks especially to the waiters Shiraj and Sivaj for being so kind, attentive, and excellent at their jobs. Sammy also deserves a big thank you. He welcomed us when we arrived and was there throughout our stay, always ready to help. Nothing seemed to be a problem for him.

We’re already looking forward to coming back next season. This is our third season here, and we keep finding reasons to return. Rotana Club service is excellent, and each year there’s something new. This time it was a beach bar with seating just for club guests and a breathtaking ocean view. Wi-Fi has also become much stronger across the resort, even at the beach. The beach is the most beautiful we’ve seen, and the ocean is incredibly clean. Everything around the resort is kept immaculate and well organized. The food is a highlight every year, and we’d like to thank the restaurant team: Bindu, Snow, Nia, Kedoseno Hriati, Lulu, Caaroline, Kumala, Christine, Ashrap, and Sarang. They do their work with real heart. Rajan and Aynul gave excellent beach service too, always smiling, attentive, and professional. The staff are warm, caring, and exceptionally friendly. Seeing familiar faces for a third year makes it feel like coming home. A special thank you to Manager Sammy, a star whose approach is a big reason we’ll return. We also got to see the kitchen, laundry, storage areas, and staff dining room behind the scenes. Everything was spotless, organized, and professionally run, which reflected the high standards across the hotel.

A quiet beach and the well-kept rooms made it easy to relax at Salalah Rotana Resort. We had direct access to a gorgeous beach, great for watching the sunset, and the resort itself was stunning. Meals were consistently delicious, with plenty of variety among the restaurants. The staff were the part that made our stay especially memorable. Razzak and Altaf went above and beyond each day, looking after our comfort with thoughtful service and a warm smile. I’d highly recommend the resort for a relaxing stay and top-tier service in Salalah.
