Star 4 Season

The stay was pleasant and the hospitality was good, though a few things got in the way of being comfortable. Showering took me around 10 minutes because the washroom water pressure was so weak. Some ceiling fan speeds, from 1 to 5, didn’t work right, and late-night work noise was disturbing. Fixing those problems would make the experience better.

Bed bugs were a complete nightmare. After I returned to my country, I found them in my bag too. I told reception, and they acted as though this was normal. They did nothing about it and didn’t refund my stay. It’s a serious health hazard and the worst experience I’ve had in the name of hospitality.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, especially under the bed, and there were no towels, soap, or shower gel. We booked a suite because it was listed with a sofa and several facilities, but arrived to find we’d only been given two ordinary rooms without those facilities. The staff were dishonest about it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Save your money and time.

The receptionist was really helpful. He gave me directions to the beautiful places and guided me as well. Their service was overwhelming.
