The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The furniture is dated, and in summer the hot water makes showering difficult. For the price, it’s acceptable as the only option around.

The beds were good and the rooms were clean enough, but the two-bedroom apartment had just one bathroom. There was a really bad smell in it, and we noticed the same thing in another room we saw, so it seems like it could be a hotel-wide problem.

The washroom wasn't maintained well, and the internet didn't work. Customer service was very poor, and Mr. Yedhu harassed me over the service.

The location made it easy to get to Ibra's historic places, and there was plenty of room for our family. The staff were so helpful and supportive, with customer satisfaction clearly a priority. A really nice hotel to stay at, highly recommended.

The staff are helpful and the place looks nice, though there isn't much variety in the food.
