The rooftop pool is a real plus, with comfortable pool mattresses and a great view at night. The apartment had plenty of space and felt like home, especially with the full kitchen and laundry room. The lobby and each floor smelled lovely. The hotel is well located, with shops, mini-malls, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. Mustafa, the manager, was helpful, available, open to solutions, and ready to assist. Cleaning and maintenance were ongoing, and when we had trouble with the kitchen and bathroom water tanks, they were changed the same day. There are a few things to improve. Cleaning was sometimes superficial, with visible areas done but shoes or bags left unmoved, and they often forgot something like toilet paper, towels, a bathrobe, or coffee. Breakfast staff didn’t clear plates promptly between courses unless we asked. Poolside tables were sometimes dusty, and towels weren’t always available. It’s a very good hotel overall, and with some improvement in these services, I’d recommend it especially for a longer stay.

We spent a full month at DoubleTree Hilton Muscat, and it felt clean, comfortable, and like home. The pool, gym, steam room, and sauna were all a pleasure to use and well maintained. It’s centrally located, and the lobby was spotless and smelled amazing at every hour. Mustafa, the manager, made the stay feel personal through his courtesy, professionalism, and constant availability. Brent at the front desk was also consistently supportive and ready to help with a smile. The room furniture could use an update: some drawers didn’t slide smoothly and lacked the usual Hilton touch. That was a small drawback, though, and didn’t detract from a very enjoyable month. We’d happily come back.

Having a kitchen and several rooms gave us extra space while still feeling like a hotel stay. Service was great from check-in through breakfast to check-out. The gym was fantastic, with new equipment in great condition and everything needed for a good workout. Breakfast had a nice selection and was really good. The sauna was lovely and hot, but the jacuzzi was broken, which was a big minus. There are lots of shops nearby, especially gold and jewellery stores, so it’s a good area for shopping. It’s also fairly close to a park, and the beach isn’t far. Traffic noise was noticeable, though not too bad. All in all, a really good stay. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

An accident has meant we’re still at Double Tree by Hilton much longer than planned. The spacious room/apartment has a dishwasher, full kitchen, and washer/dryer, and it’s cleaned daily by lovely staff. Sohel is our hero. Everyone has been super friendly, from reception and the kitchen and restaurant teams to management. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the service has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Everything was ready to a high standard in Room 615, and Sohel was especially helpful and supportive in getting it beautifully prepared. The whole staff gave excellent service, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. Thanks to all of them.
