Turtle Beach Resort

The view and setting are outstanding, but the service left me feeling like this was a one-star resort. I stayed at Turtle Beach Resort for one night, and was disappointed by the dusty, dirty room and food that didn’t seem worth the premium price. The late checkout situation made things worse. We were first told we could leave at 12:30, and because we had booked three rooms, that two could be kept until then. At noon, a staff member changed this and said we could keep only one room because it was “busy.” I understand there may be incoming guests, but we were asking for just 30 extra minutes and had already been told it was okay. The change at the last minute felt unprofessional, especially since the place looked empty and there were no guests in reception or the dining area. Staff seemed untrained in basic guest service, and their manner came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. I can’t say whether this was just my experience or a wider issue, but I left disappointed and unlikely to return without clear improvements to cleanliness, service, and hospitality.

The kids were happy with the play area, basketball court, and park, while the adults could relax on the restaurant terrace in the evening. It all felt safe and family-friendly, and we had a lot of fun. The pink-sand beach and turquoise water were stunning, and the pool was fantastic too. Our room was neat, clean, and fully equipped. The food had great variety and quality, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We only stayed one night and wished we could have made it longer.

We joined a tour that stayed here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities looked gorgeous, especially the private pink beach. The staff were really nice, too.

The view was truly beautiful, but the room was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the service made the stay not worth the price. At breakfast, staff barely responded when we asked questions, so even basic interactions felt frustrating. Their behavior seemed unprofessional and poorly trained, and the service fell short of basic hospitality. For what we paid, we expected much better cleanliness, attentiveness, and treatment. Guests deserve respect and an experience that matches the cost. This resort didn’t deliver. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.
