I booked the wrong one by mistake. There are two hotels with this name in Oman, and this one is much farther from central Muscat than I meant to book. A large supermarket is right next door, and the hotel is run by Indians. In the room, though, the air conditioner is directly over the bed. Cold air blew on me all night while the rest of the room stayed warm, and I woke up with a headache. It made sleeping really uncomfortable.

I’m writing a full review for this hotel. The rooms are very hygienic, and the hotel is neat and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. We were in room number 105.

The staff were always smiling and ready to help, and breakfast offered a good variety. We stayed for three nights and loved it. Check-in went smoothly, the room was spacious and very clean, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping. Restaurants and shops are close by too.

It’s very convenient, with a Lulu hypermarket across the road and a good Indian restaurant next door, though the area isn’t especially glamorous, as is often the case in Oman. The room and bathroom are huge and very comfortable. There’s no breakfast, but you can find good coffee spots in town. It’s an excellent-value base for exploring Wadi Bani Awf, Wakan and the surrounding area.
