Good location, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away, and the price is affordable. It would have been better if the rooms were cleaned every day.

The rooms are big, and some have fully functional kitchens with fridges. Downstairs, the coffee shop is great for a quick snack, and breakfast at 2 OMR was outstanding value for a budget traveler. The place is okay for the price, but could be cleaner. I saw several roaches, which put me off.

It’s okay if you find a good deal. The rooms were clean and it’s in a prime spot, about five minutes from the port. The kitchen was too small and poorly equipped. Wi-Fi was poor, the satellite TV wasn’t working, and the staff weren’t very cooperative.

The owner was so helpful, even getting us milk for our coffee when all the shops were closed. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had in Oman so far. Lovely.

Clean and very nice hotel. The AC worked well and the bathrooms were super clean. It’s very close to the port and ferry. There’s a pizza restaurant downstairs, two banks across the street, and a karat tea coffee shop nearby.
