Sharik at reception was especially polite and helpful. Booking communication was seamless, and the staff were accommodating throughout. Our room was spotless, and they cleaned it each day when we requested it at reception. We loved the hotel and its service.

I had a peaceful short stop here while traveling from Dubai. The room was quiet, clean, and well kept, and both the day and night reception teams were friendly and helpful. There’s a 24-hour supermarket about five minutes away, though there aren’t any restaurants at all. The neighborhood is quiet and dark after nightfall, but that’s just how it is. I’d read reviews of several budget hotels nearby, and this one seemed to have the fewest negative ones.

The stairs are a real limitation if you have mobility issues, and parking can be tricky with the roadworks. There’s no elevator or restaurant either. Still, 4 Guys Hotel works well for a budget stay or a quick layover near Muscat International. The rooms are modern, unusually spacious for the price, and very clean, with a fresher feel than many budget places in the city. Reception was attentive and helpful, especially Nini. It’s also close to the Grand Mosque. Shariq at reception was kind and accommodating. The hotel is neat and clean, with tidy blankets and washroom. It’s around 30 minutes from Muscat’s tourist spots and has good South Indian restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend 4 Guys Hotel.
