Naseem looked after us well during our eight-night stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast portions were good, with continental, Arabic, or Indian options. Our room was very spacious and the WIFI worked excellently. Parking is in front of the hotel or along the road opposite. A comfortable stay, and I’d recommend the Royal Hotel in Muscat.

It’s a 3 star hotel, but the staff are 10 star. I’ve never had this level of attention to detail before. Great daily price, good location, and phenomenal staff. One of my favorite hotels.

The rooms are a little dated, but they’re very spacious, and you get good value here. Naseem was a wonderful host and took good care of us over three nights. Breakfast portions were good, with continental, Arabic, or Indian choices. Parking is in front of the hotel or on the opposite roadside. I’d recommend it for the price.

The bathrooms are larger than what I’ve seen in much pricier hotels, and the rooms are large too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was clean, but there’s construction in the building next door. The noise starts at 6 in the morning. When I asked reception about it, I was told there was nothing they could do.
