I’m in suite 752 now, and getting around is difficult for me because I have a walking disability. The staff have been great, but the place itself has some serious access problems: three steps at the lobby with no ramp or handrail, a steep slope at the kids’ pool without a handrail, and steps up to every beach toilet. Food service from the family pool has also been awful for the price. The first lunch order took almost two hours. The next time we’d waited so long that we sent the waiter away, and now we’ve been waiting over an hour again.

We’re already thinking about coming back. The spa and beach were very good, and breakfast had loads of choices. We also really enjoyed the delicious seafood night. The staff took care of everything we needed, while the property and its location speak for themselves. I can’t think of anything negative to say. Thanks to the whole team for such an incredible stay!

We loved our time here and would definitely return. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully put together, and the whole hotel felt peaceful and luxurious. The views are breathtaking, with an elegant atmosphere and a lovely blend of Omani charm and luxury. The service was exceptional.

The Marketing team had a lovely person who kept coming by to check whether we needed anything. She was always smiling, and I think her name was Fatma. Her kindness made the event feel warmer. The signs around it were thoughtful too, and their words really touched me because they felt personal and meaningful. The details were beautiful throughout. 13.2.2026

Ceren was especially wonderful and compassionate, and she really cherished spending time with our four-month-old. The whole team made our six-night stay happy, going out of their way to be kind and welcoming. Everyone was warm and polite, from the valet drivers and the staff bringing towels to housekeeping. At Al Bustan Palace, our room was spacious and renovated. The pool and ocean front area were well maintained and had wonderful staff. We’d love to come back!
