Reception and room service staff were always courteous and helpful, and I trust they raised my concerns internally. But management needs to make serious improvements. I stayed for seven months, and the health club and restaurant listed on the website didn't operate during that time. I traveled out of Oman a few times and repeatedly followed up about the gym, but got no response. The website information was misleading and should have been kept current. Failing to update it in time feels like incompetence or a deliberate attempt to mislead guests. I was also shocked to receive calls about extra charges after checkout, since nobody told me about them at checkout. It's sad to see a hotel in such a prime location held back by these problems. I hope management reviews its approach and takes practical steps that could make a real difference to guests' stays. Best of luck.

The room was very clean, spacious, and good to visit. What made my trip to Oman sweeter was how kindly I was treated. The receptionists, who I think were from Oman and India, always spoke with a smile. The person responsible for cleaning the room and the hotel service manager were also very kind, and their smiling manner gave travelers like me confidence.

The room was huge, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Having all that for one night felt like a luxury. I checked in today for a one-day stay, and was pleasantly surprised. I chose the hotel for its very good price and location, both of which turned out to be true. Mr.Musamik was especially nice and professional. I highly recommend Safeer Plaza Hotel.

My mom especially loved the cozy, vibrant couches in our spacious two-bedroom suite overlooking the busy streets of Khuwair. The place was clean and well equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Room service was available 24/7, which was convenient. Safeer Plaza has a good mix of basic and luxury amenities, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay in the heart of Muscat, and I'd recommend it.

We had a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a good view from the windows. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room and facilities were quite good, and the service was fine too.
