Sumith, the lifeguard, stood out during my stay. He was attentive and professional, and his friendly manner made me feel safe around the pool. Charles, the manager, was also approachable and visible, with a clear focus on keeping things running smoothly and making guests happy. The service throughout was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The resort’s location was beautiful, with great views and easy access to nearby attractions. I had a fantastic time at Barcelo Mussanah Resort and would gladly return.

There are several pools beside the beach, so it’s easy for everyone to find a place to relax. Check-in went smoothly, we were warmly welcomed, and the resort was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chef Prakash deserves a special thanks. He made our evening memorable by accommodating our vegetarian food requests, and the food was top quality. We had a wonderful stay at the Barceló Mussanah Resort and would happily recommend it to anyone after a quiet break from the city, with fun activities to enjoy.

We spent a very good seven-day vacation here with my wife. The beach was pleasant, with umbrellas and loungers by the sea, and it wasn’t crowded with hotel guests. There were also guarded pools, a small water park for children, a beach bar, tennis court, and probably other things I didn’t notice. The whole resort was clean and well managed, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. There’s a car rental and a small grocery shop on site. The hotel is in a very remote area. The nearest village is around a 45-minute walk away, though in Oman people are more likely to drive. Rooms were clean, the furniture and other items were in good shape, and room service came every day. I’d give it three strong stars, since calling it a four-star hotel feels like an overstatement to me.

The buffet had a wide selection, the food was very good, and there was plenty to eat. The resort also felt welcoming and clean, with good options for children and both a beach and several swimming pools. Barceló Mussanah Resort worked well for both relaxing and keeping busy. It has all the facilities you might need, and you can arrange trips and excursions straight from the hotel’s coastline. I had a great experience and would happily recommend it.

Sumith was the standout for us at the pool. He kept a close watch on everyone, especially reassuring when we were in the water with children, and was friendly, professional, and welcoming the whole time. We felt safe and comfortable around him. I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Mussanah Resort in the Sultanate of Oman. Thanks for the excellent service, Sumith.
