Kyriad Muscat

Housekeeping really stood out to me. The staff were so friendly, behaved beautifully, and worked very quickly. I loved the hotel for their service, and I could praise them all day. My room was tidy, comfortable, and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a nice range of fresh, tasty options. The location was handy for nearby shops and restaurants, and I felt safe during the stay. From the quick check-in to the friendly, professional welcome, it was a very pleasant visit. I’d recommend Kyriad Hotel for comfort, service, and value.

The location made getting to Muscat’s main roads, shops, and nearby attractions easy, and breakfast had a good range of fresh, tasty food. My stay at Kyriad Muscat Hotel was comfortable from check-in through check-out, with friendly staff who were always happy to help. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. My room was spacious and nicely designed, with the amenities I needed and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was consistently excellent. I’d happily stay again and recommend it for either business or leisure, with good comfort and service for the price.

I left disappointed because the room was awkward to use and poorly arranged. Cleaning was also far below what I expected: it didn’t feel properly cleaned, and even basic cleanliness seemed lacking. That affected my comfort throughout the stay. I expected better maintenance and housekeeping. It wasn’t a pleasant visit, and I hope management takes this seriously and improves both the room setup and cleaning.

The staff were attentive and did a lot to keep us comfortable, especially the very friendly front desk team, including Asil Al hosni. Our room at the kyriad muscat hotel was spacious and spotless, with crisp sheets and lovely décor. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge choice. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and we had a wonderful stay.
