Studio M Muscat

The room was roomy, though the shower pressure was a bit weak, which was still okay for me. The staff were friendly, and Ali, the night manager, was always smiling and pleasant to deal with. We had a rental car, and the underground parking made it easy to get in and out. The location also made reaching the highway straightforward. China market and discount store are just steps away for some bargain shopping before departure, and Lulu hypermart is a 5-minute drive, with a big everyday supermarket including food. For getting around, I’d recommend renting a car. Otherwise, use the Otaxi App for taxis. Walking or taking the bus isn’t a good option. It’s a great spot for a short stay.

The airport is nearby, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around, which makes the hotel practical for a short stay. Some staff came across as very professional and clearly cared about the hotel’s reputation and guest satisfaction, making a good first impression. One interaction during my stay suggested somewhat different priorities and a different level of guest engagement, though there was no process error or other issue. Check-in took about 10 minutes. The bathroom supplies were limited to soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel is along a highway, so some rooms may get traffic noise, and the area isn’t a modern, upscale, or tourist-focused part of Muscat.

The basement parking made coming and going by car easy, and there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I had a great 4-night stay. My first room was noisy because the window didn’t block the traffic, but when I asked to move, they changed it without any problem and the next room was quiet. The staff were all nice and helpful, breakfast was good, and the pool area was pleasant. I’d love to come back.

We came by car from Dubai on a family road trip and the covered parking was really useful. The WiFi stayed strong and stable, and my kids enjoyed the stay. We booked two rooms, and from check-in through checkout everything felt smooth and welcoming. Studio M Muscat was neat and clean throughout, which impressed me most. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us smiling. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the location is close to the airport and not too far from the main city. The pool and gym were very good, and having separate pool and gym areas for ladies was a real advantage. Breakfast had a great variety and was amazing. A very good family stay, highly recommended for Muscat.
