Super OYO 151 Manam 2 Hotel Apartment

I paid almost 9rials through a confirmed Agoda booking for Wednesday night at Manam 2 Hotel Apartments, Wattayah / Muscat. But when I arrived, the staff refused to honor it. They said they don't take online bookings, were full, had no record of mine, and don't deal with Agoda or any online system. While I was there, two or three other guests arrived with the same problem and were also turned away after paying. It looks like this property is taking bookings and money online, then refusing guests at the door, which feels like a serious scam. I couldn't stay and had to leave right away, then find somewhere else at the last minute. I'm officially cancelling because the hotel wouldn't honor the reservation. This caused stress and wasted my time, and it's not the service I expect from Agoda. I want a full, immediate refund to my original payment method, a strict investigation of the property, and appropriate action so other customers aren't treated the same way. Please handle this urgently and confirm when the refund has been processed.
