Azhar at reception was so cheerful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and neat, with really comfortable mattresses, and the price was affordable. I’d happily stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and clean, though we had trouble finding one that didn’t smell of smoke. I asked for an iron at 6:30, but was told room service staff wouldn’t be available until 7:00. That was odd.

The hotel itself is great, including the rooms and service. I wouldn’t recommend booking through Agoda, though.

Parking was very limited when I arrived around 4 pm. The room itself was roomy and looked clean, but I couldn’t shower because there was no water. Reception said the water company was repairing the line, so I waited. Water came back around 7 pm, but it was cold. I called again and was told to wait a few minutes. An hour later, someone came, felt the water, agreed it wasn’t hot, and said he’d return. He never did. By 10 pm it was still the same, so I went down upset and asked to move rooms. I was told the central tank affected every room. I tried to be patient and hoped it would be fixed by morning. At about 8 am, there was still no hot water. The receptionist said his shift had just started and he knew nothing about it, but would call maintenance. Hot water finally came around 11 am. Also, be careful when ordering breakfast: the menu promises more than what you actually get. I was already worn out from all the complaints, and despite the staff knowing what had happened, there was no compensation.
