There were insects all over the room, and some got into our suitcases, so we had to throw away some of our things. We requested a room change, but the replacement had the same issues, including filthy beds and a strong unpleasant smell. The place felt creepy and uncomfortable, more like a horror motel or escape room than somewhere to stay. If it ever turns into a horror motel, they won’t need to change the décor. It’s already awful and adds to the creepy feeling.

The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly, but the rooms had lots of cockroaches in the kitchens and bathrooms, and bedbugs in the beds.

The location is the only thing going for it. The bathrooms were filthy, the furniture worn, the corridors dingy, and the parking lot smelled bad. The place seems completely unmaintained. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

The room smelled unbearable, and the curtains were moldy. The bed linens were dirty and smelly, as were the bathroom towels. I asked reception twice for clean linens and towels, but nothing was done. I’m sure the rooms aren’t being washed or cleaned. You’ll be sleeping in dirt. Disrespectful hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The reception staff behaved terribly, and the customer service was the worst I’ve seen in years. While I was writing this, at least three customers came over shouting about the bad service. I don’t think this hotel will improve, though I hope they get themselves together.
