The garden is lovely, with two swimming pools, and there’s a modern kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. We got a garden-view room after a very warm welcome and enjoyed our one-night stay. Breakfast was good and filling enough. It isn’t a big hotel buffet, so keep that in mind, but it did the job. The hostel is about ten minutes from Nizwa fort and the first supermarket. It’s a shame you can’t really get anywhere on foot from there. Even so, we had a great time and weren’t disappointed.

The garden is lovely, and I’d suggest booking a garden-view room. We stayed twice, a week apart, and the rooms were quite different. On the first visit, the room and common area were decent, but the air conditioning didn’t cool the room at night. The Wi-Fi worked really well then. The second room had outdated fixtures, a bad-smelling bathroom and a broken bathtub that needed a deep clean. This time, the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect in the room. It’s okay for a one-night stop.

The place was very clean and spacious, with a pool and a quiet, shady garden. I stayed four nights and got a significant update. They provided water every day. There was no food or meal available as of 01/24.

There’s a swimming pool and parking in the backyard, and the hosts were lovely. It’s an amazing Omani townhouse, about a 15-minute walk from Nizwa old town. Breakfast in the garden was fabulous.

The garden is a relaxing place, and the room feels cozy. The property is tidy and beautiful, a lovely spot for a relaxing stay in the hot summer.
