The staff made the stay feel welcoming, and they were professional and ready to help whenever needed. Ajaweed Residence was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I was very happy with both the accommodation and the service, from beginning to end. I'd rate it 10/10 and happily recommend it.

The manager/owner was open to suggestions and flexible, and kindly let me check out later because my flight wasn't until the afternoon. My room was roomy, with practical furnishings and a firm, comfortable bed. Shops, supermarkets, places to eat, and transport are all convenient from here. The airport bus, No. 21, is only a short walk away.

The father and son who run the hotel were so kind, always around to help sort out any problems. They both have such warm smiles. We stayed in room 11, which was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. The bathroom was very clean and had new fittings. When I mentioned that the shower head was giving only a slow trickle, they replaced it right away. The hotel is well placed for the mosque, fish market, and fruit and vegetable market. I've stayed in many similar hotels, but this is the only one I'd return to, and I hope I can. Inshallah! Before we arrived, they sent a WhatsApp file with the main sights to see. Tapping a place's name opened Maps with directions, which was really useful and clever. A few things could be better. The bedside tables, wardrobe shelves, drawers, and curtains had some dust, so the room needs a closer clean. The water heater should be switched on before guests arrive, especially after a long journey when a hot shower is the first thing you want. I understand why the mattress is covered in plastic, but it gets hot and noisy when you move. Removing the plastic from the bed's headrest would also make the room look much nicer. Even with those small issues, the hotel is lovely and the managers are fantastic. Highly recommended!
