There's a specialty coffee shop inside the hotel, and the location is excellent, close to all the services.

I really liked the lighting system, and the staff were friendly. The rooms need a lot of maintenance, though, and this isn't the place to choose if you want amenities and a well-kept room. As a budget place to sleep while seeing Salalah, the location makes it a good option, with easy access to the sights. We had a great time in Salalah, and it worked for the kind of stay we wanted.

The Wi-Fi was poor, and our room was dirty when we arrived, with a lot of insects. Cleanliness didn't seem to get any attention, and the service was very poor. Staff didn't respond, and problems weren't fixed quickly. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Room service and Wi-Fi are available. At a starting rate of 8 OMR per day, checked in November 2020, it was decent value for money. Seems suitable for bachelors or office staff on a short stay. KM Trading hypermarket and a hospital are the nearest spots.

The entrance and hallways are clean and presentable, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are tidy, but the furniture is very basic and the toilet was leaking. It feels a bit expensive for the quality.
