We really appreciated your warmth and professionalism, and how you consistently went above and beyond. We'd also like to thank Mihira, the gym instructor, and his team at the beach. The beach was one of the most beautiful we've seen in a long time, and the hotel itself was lovely. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great buffet, and the pool area was nice too. The disappointment in our room was the shower water pooling across the whole floor instead of draining. The fitness room was small and short on leg machines. We'll try the villas next time.

The whole resort felt peaceful, which made the relaxing break we wanted feel even more special. We came home completely satisfied. The rooms and shared areas were spotless and very well cared for, and the food was consistently excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always happy to help. I also had a massage at the spa. Everything was calm and well organized, and the treatment was professionally done and really enjoyable. Ceelin deserves a special mention: when we pointed out a small thing that could be improved, she acted immediately, and her care made a real difference to our stay. We'd gladly come back and recommend the resort to anyone wanting rest, comfort, and great service.

Our villa was spacious, well furnished, and kept clean, and having a little pool of our own was great. The whole hotel complex feels like paradise. Staff were kind and helpful, with thoughtful extras by the pool and beach, like cleaning glasses and offering aloe vera. It's top notch, and I can only recommend it. Thanks to the housekeepers Shakhawat and Jalal, Mihira and the beach and pool team, Marina at reception, and Lamiae, our personal host.
