It’s in a commercial area with all the services available nearby, and the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are consistently clean and in excellent condition, with great value for the price. A remarkable place to stay.

The rooms are big, quiet, and, most importantly, clean. Of the places I’ve stayed in Oman, this is among the best and most comfortable. There’s ongoing reconstruction in the area, so expect a short traffic delay.

There are around 7-8 coffee shops and a kids’ play zone nearby, and there’s plenty of parking. The place is clean and the room service is excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the front desk, who’s always ready to help guests.

We were two families in a two-bedroom apartment, and it felt like staying in our own home. It was clean and safe, with all the amenities, and the washing machine came in very handy. The staff were incredibly helpful, always just a call away. There’s plenty of parking, plus a grocery and laundry service in the same line. A good option for staying in Salalah, and I really couldn’t find anything to fault.

The place is right in the centre, with everything we needed close by. We had a delightful stay, with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a clean, peaceful environment. All the little details made the experience memorable. Highly recommend it.
