The Plaza Hotel and Resort

I enjoyed every moment at the buffet at Plaza Hotel, and I’m looking forward to coming back soon. I got so caught up in the experience that I didn’t make any content this time, but I’d love to share the buffet details next visit. The menu had plenty of variety, and the dishes were tasty and high quality. The atmosphere felt welcoming and refined. The whole team was courteous and professional, and the service was attentive. Thank you to Mr. Zakaria, F&B Manager, for overseeing everything so well, and to Zakaria Hussain for the warm hospitality, leadership, and coordination. The experience was memorable and smoothly managed.

I’d come back for the people who work here, especially Mr Ismail at the front desk. He was helpful from the minute we arrived and made it easy to amend my booking before we left. The amenities are about what you’d expect for the price, but the customer service goes beyond that and makes it feel like more than good value. I hope the hotel recognizes what its staff bring. The beach is lovely, and the shuttle goes there three times a day. There are comfortable sunbeds, plus complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit. We also enjoyed the pool, even though it’s cold in winter. Back at the hotel, the executive suite was spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds that made for good sleep in a quiet setting. Water is provided daily. The staff are very friendly and extremely polite, and the food is good, especially breakfast. The egg and pancake station is a real plus. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms are huge and breakfast was fabulous. GM Khaled is experienced and a wonderful person. He listened to all our issues and sorted them out right away. A must-stay hotel. 🙏🙏🙏
