At Mercure Sohar, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. Thanks to Chef Ahmed for the outstanding dishes. The management team also deserves appreciation for keeping the hotel welcoming and well organized. Sultan, the HR Manager, was professional, supportive, and positive, and his leadership helps create a great atmosphere for both guests and staff. The comfort, quality, and hospitality all made for a wonderful experience.

On my birthday, Moamen surprised me with a cake. It was a thoughtful, genuine gesture that showed how much he cares about people and making them feel appreciated. He was an exceptional receptionist throughout, professional, welcoming, and organized. His warm smile put visitors at ease as soon as they arrived, and he communicated well and handled calls, appointments, and the front desk efficiently, even when things were busy. His kindness, positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail make him a valuable part of any team.

The food was amazing at Friday Night for Filipinos! We’re glad Mercure takes the initiative to bring kabayans together every weekend. Joey and Ms. Gem helped us the whole time, and the team did a great job. Hopefully they try a different dish next time. We’ll surely come back!!
