The building and reception looked clean and well cared for, and the staff were friendly. Once we left the lobby, though, the condition changed completely. The lift and corridors were very dirty, and our room was in poor shape too. The room's design felt haphazard, with clashing carpets, wall colors, tiles, and doors. The bathroom smelled so bad that we cleaned the walls, tiles, and floor ourselves before the odor went away. Its layout was awkward as well: the sink was too high for shorter guests, while the mirror sat so low I could only see my neck. The room was missing basic items, including hangers, bedside lamps, and a hair dryer. The kitchen had no stove, pots, or cooking tools, and for two of us there was just one cup and one set of cutlery. The bed creaked and rattled with every movement, even when sitting down, so sleep was difficult. Both armchairs had damaged legs and collapsed when sat on, which felt unsafe. The attractive exterior and tidy entrance gave us a good first impression, but the cleanliness, upkeep, furnishings, and room setup were a serious letdown. We can't recommend it.
