There’s a little garden outside with plastic chairs and a small relaxing pond, plus a hamaca if you want to get comfortable. Inside, the kitchen has what you need to cook, and the rooms are clean and work well for a big family. The bathrooms are clean too, though the hot water lasts only a few minutes. There’s also a pool table, arcade machine, big TV with cable, and WiFi. It has a homely feel in the middle of a small town. Checkout is at noon, so plan your packing and breakfast in time.

The WiFi worked well, and it was quiet enough to sleep once I finally had clean sheets. But I wouldn’t stay here again. It feels like a house converted into a hostel, with bunk beds pushed into a room and almost no common space. Two girls who seemed to live there occupied most of what little shared area there was, leaving the bunks or outside as the other places to sit. My sheets were clearly dirty when I arrived. There was no hot water and no soap at the bathroom sink. They advertise game systems, but those weren’t there, and the retro emulator was broken.

Yas was lovely and happy to help with all sorts of questions. The place is also great for meeting other backpackers and arranging hikes around Boquete, including a night hike up the volcano. We stayed nine nights with friends and had a really enjoyable time. The six-bed dorm was comfortable, and everything was very clean, including the well-equipped kitchen. It has a relaxed feel, with a little garden and a living room with a billiards table, Netflix, and Xbox. High-speed WiFi, free coffee, and cookies too. Muchas gracias!

I had a really comfortable stay, with good dorm beds and mattresses. The hostel was clean and the people were very friendly. Coffee, cookies, and WiFi were free. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like a friend 😊 Hope I get to see these people again.

Restaurants and a supermarket are close by, so the hostal is well located. We had a clean private apartment with a big bed and bathroom, and the host was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for a good stay.
