We had a comfortable, private unit with a small pool of its own, great for kids and a nice balance with the beach. There’s also a larger pool in the complex. The dedicated beach area is well furnished and about a two-minute drive away.

We took a year lease on a two-story house and are six months in now. It’s calm and works well with our newborn, with nice roads for strolling and a good pool area. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, and Paradice point has its own access with lovely places to sit and relax. They’ve been making upgrades over the past few months, including adding a gym, and the staff are friendly. There are two shops about 10 minutes away by car in the Community, open until 9 each night. Restaurants are nearby, and Picassos has a weekday night vibe. Getting to town is the downside: the quickest route is a very rough dirt road, while the longer route is smooth but has about 50 speed bumps.
