The central location was a real plus, and the staff were nice. The rooms were pleasant and clean, and the food tasted good, with options ranging from Western to Chinese. I liked staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Panama Relocation tours put us here for three nights. Eight people in my group, including my partner and me, got severe respiratory infections. The AC units in the rooms were badly moldy. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, so we left for Boquete to get fresh mountain air and booked a beautiful casita. This is a tacky eight-floor hotel beside a very busy, smoggy truck road. Panama Relocation tours is a poorly run, shitty tour company. Stay away at all costs!

The employee tried to charge us extra for our pet even though we showed him we'd paid for our little POODLE. He insisted twice, then denied it when our booking agency spoke with him. Be careful, this feels like a scam hostel and doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. There were security issues too, and don't expect a fridge in the room. We arrived at 3:30 pm and left at 6:30 the next morning for a hotel we could trust.

Right in the middle of David, this hotel was nicer than I expected. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. Highly recommend.

The free breakfast was awful, and there wasn't any real parking. The first room was the wrong one and had no AC. The second room was the right one, but I had to wait for the AC to cool it down. They don't air-condition the elevators either, so if you got stuck in one, you'd die.
