Jose was great, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some staff knew English, which made things difficult for our group at times, though you can’t expect otherwise in a Spanish-speaking country. The room was simple but had what we needed.

There aren’t sidewalks around the hotel, and it’s about seven minutes from town. The location is good, though, and the service was excellent. Rooms have air conditioning, hot water, cable TV, and really good beds.

It’s in a sketchy part of town, but the staff were helpful and the bus station was close by. The room was basic.
