Aparthotel Sevilla Suites

I stayed seven nights during my Central America road trip. The facilities were OK, and breakfast was poor. What made it worst was the staff: some cash was stolen from me, and they wouldn’t agree to return it. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Street-facing rooms are a little noisy, but they’re fine at night.

I was there for almost 21 days, and on Saturdays they reserved the pool area for outside clients’ parties. Guests staying in the suites were told on signs on every floor that they couldn’t use the pool from 4 pm to midnight. The music sometimes went so late and loud that it was hard to rest, and the parties sometimes lasted past the posted time. That’s unfair to the people staying there. Many of us come from far away for a peaceful stay. The front desk should be friendlier and understand some English. I emailed the manager but never got a reply. They should tell guests about the pool closures before a reservation is made. Be aware. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Breakfast came included, simple but with plenty of options. The rooms were good overall, though they could use a little updating. I was also able to bring my pets!
