The hotel is quaint and the staff were very attentive. There are no safety deposit boxes, though the manager offered to hold my items. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. You get what you pay for, and the rooms are small, about half the size of a studio apartment.

The hosts are very friendly and the hotel is focused on service. Don’t miss breakfast! The dining area could use warmer lighting, but if that’s my main complaint, you can guess how good everything else is.

The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking, with Via Argentina and its many shops, bars, and restaurants just steps away. The managers were incredibly attentive and gave us a very warm welcome. It was surprisingly peaceful, and the comfortable beds and good breakfast made for a restful night and a refreshing start to the day. Taxis to Albrook or Casco Viejo, for example, cost around $4-5, and a ride to Tocumen is about $25. Excellent value for money.
