Casa Lefevre 3C

We ended up leaving one night early after booking for four people from December 29th to January 2nd. The first night seemed fine, but the problems that followed spoiled our last days. The apartment was unbearably hot and stuffy. The AC wouldn’t cool, and there were no windows or source of fresh air, just one door to the hallway and another out to the stairwell. Hot water also wasn’t working, and although cleaning was included in what I paid, no one came to clean. We were told things would be fixed on the second day, but nobody arrived. We spent a lot of time messaging customer service and waiting for technicians who never showed up. We even had to leave dinner because we were told a technician was coming. Hot water finally came back after 48 hours, but the AC was never repaired. The place itself was rough too. The couch was stained, dirty, and sagging; kitchen utensils were missing; the floor was clean but the walls weren’t; and ceiling planks looked like they might fall. We couldn’t sleep in the stuffy room or take a hot shower. We were allowed to sleep in another apartment on the second night, but only until 7:30 PM, then had to leave again at 11:00 AM. What a nightmare.
