The elevator made loud noises and felt like it might break down at any moment. When I raised concerns, staff were rude and unhelpful, and the customer service was far below expectations. The room was in poor shape and didn’t look like the website photos, which felt misleading. It hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the bathroom had visible grime that made it uncomfortable to use. I was also bitten by something during my stay, which left me concerned about hygiene and pest control. It was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel until its cleanliness, maintenance, and service improve substantially.

The room wasn’t properly provided at check-in, and when I asked for a refund, police had to get involved. Staff were extremely rude. The shower was broken, there was no hot water, the sheets were dirty, and the room was unclean overall. I also encountered bed bugs. A terrible stay from beginning to end. I regret choosing the cheapest option, you really do get what you pay for. Based on what happened, this felt like a zero-star experience. Avoid it and spend another $50-$100 a night somewhere else; you’ll be much better off.

The place is simple, but I had a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the AC and hot water worked, and everything was clean. Service and housekeeping were both great, and I enjoyed the restaurant food. The location is good, not far from the city and other things. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were kind and tried to help, even though none of them spoke English. Still, I regret spending two days here. There was a tiny roach in the room, the windows wouldn’t close all the way, and the bathroom leaked. The power sockets were loose too.
