Hostel Siriri

The staff were helpful from the start. We arrived early and they offered us breakfast and somewhere to rest. There are lots of spots to sit and unwind, and the atmosphere is great. Our room stayed so cool with the air conditioning that it was hard to leave. I’d gladly stay again. The one snag is reception isn’t staffed all the time, which could make checking in tricky if you’re new. Otherwise, brilliant.

The breakfast was a letdown: two pancakes, half a banana, and instant black coffee with no milk or cream. It wasn’t filling, and we skipped it the next morning. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was hot. It’s good value for the area and convenient for public transport.

It’s a quiet place, and the music they play was a big plus for me. There’s a pool, kitchen area, pool table, and a random mattress on the ground floor where you can hang out. The staff are super nice, the rooms have AC, and fast food spots and supermarkets are nearby. Good location in Panama City.

The private rooms are so cramped that there’s only about two feet of space besides the bunk bed. The place feels too small for what it tries to hold. Hygiene was poor, and the manager was careless about a problem that could have been fixed quickly but never was. He also invites people over, so they take over the pool and game room and make them uncomfortable to use.
