The staff were great and really helpful, and the pool was nice, though I wish it were on a higher floor. The rooms are new and the location works well, close to casco viejo and lots of other places. The neighborhood may look a little tough at first, but it's really safe.

The building itself is beautiful, modern, and new, but I wouldn't stay here again. Getting to it means walking through streets with intense poverty that felt sketchy, and the photos I attached were all taken within a block of the hotel. It's strangely the only modern, nice building in the area. Maybe they're counting on gentrification, but it hasn't reached here yet. Our room was ready and vacant when we arrived at 2 p.m., but we were told to wait in the lobby for half an hour to check in or pay $30 USD. I've never run into that at another hotel. We booked for three, yet there wasn't enough bedding or towels: no blanket or pillow for the pull out, and too few pool towels. There was no hand soap in the bathroom either. We tried contacting guest services using the WhatsApp links, but got no reply.

During my first month in Panama, I moved eight times because the service elsewhere was terrible, and I couldn't find comfort or professionalism. I was exhausted, frustrated, and really questioning whether I'd made the right decision coming here. Then I found CASCO View Life, and things changed. One difficult night, I contacted Marcelino, the concierge, and he answered right away at 12 a.m. He handled the situation as if it were nothing. He practically runs the building and makes things happen when you need help. He's fluent in English and Spanish and incredibly resourceful. CASCO View Life is already a beautiful, comfortable place, but Marcelino makes it exceptional. Whether you're an expat, business traveler, remote worker, or just looking to enjoy Panama City and feel supported, this is the spot. The high ratings online owe a lot to him. Big shout-out to CASCO View Life in Panama City, and an even bigger one to Marcelino, who wears five hats and makes the place run like a world-class experience. He's what makes it such a gem.

I'm reviewing Casco View on my second stay, and the apartments have been super clean, well designed, and working as they should. The building was built to extremely high standards, which isn't common here in Panama. It looks beautiful and everything functions at a high level. The apartments are very quiet, with large, well finished showers. Beds are really comfortable, with high quality sheets, pillows, and comforters, plus silent AC and blackout darkness for a good night's sleep. The kitchen appliances are high quality and work perfectly. It seems all the apartments have large balconies with chairs and a table. The key works perfectly every time, and the elevators are clean, fast, and reliable. I highly recommend this place for either a short or long stay.
