Convenient, cheap, and great service. I’ve been staying at Metro Hotel for five years, and it’s the same people at reception every time. Best money I’ve spent in Panama.

A good budget pick in Panama if you want a decent hotel near restaurants, shopping, and the metro. The reception staff are very kind. My favorite was the woman in the kitchen, the best I’ve met on all my trips. She looks after each guest individually, cooks eggs and sausages to order at breakfast, and greets everyone with good morning when they come in. I was very satisfied here.

I came from the United States and needed somewhere in an emergency, and this was a perfect refuge for a few nights while I looked for longer-term accommodation for me and a child. The rooms were clean and affordable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Thanks to everyone for such a warm welcome to a new country.

I’ve stayed here twice at different times, and both visits were great. It’s clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a really convenient location near the metro station Iglesa el carmen. Breakfast was lovely, and Estella, the woman in charge, is so friendly and positive. I really enjoyed talking with her. The reception staff were very welcoming too. It’s good value and well located in panama, and I’d definitely return.
