A good spot for a one night break, about halfway between Panama City and David. You can park right in front of the hotel, but the rooms aren’t soundproof and traffic outside is noisy. Breakfast at the nearby place, Anawasa, is SUPER.

They really went out of their way to help us, and it was the best hotel service I’ve ever had. We had our dog with us, and they’re pet friendly.

Everything was great, with quick check-in, a nice receptionist, and fast Wifi at 150 Mbps. The place was very nice and comfortable. Just one small drawback: our room was at the back, and trucks made it a bit noisy in the morning.

I had a confirmed booking, but nobody told me the hotel was under construction and closed. When we got there late in the evening, we had a hard time finding somewhere to sleep at short notice.

The rooms were clean, and the reception agents were wonderful people. My only issues were breakfast and WiFi. The breakfast service staff didn’t seem very service oriented, and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough even for YouTube Shorts.
